Need to Return a product?
To return a product at
Aerial Vision North East, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorisation (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at

or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorise your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general,
Aerial Vision North East
accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within
30
days. However, Aerial
Vision North East
reserves the right to authorise product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted
after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:

A FULL CASH REFUND

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to Aerial
Vision North East
on returned items,
and Aerial Vision
North East
will pay the shipping charges on the
replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
